In an effort to keep your information secure, clients now have the ability to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Elements. Below is an email template you can use to notify your clients of this new feature.
Email Template:
Hi [Client Name],
In an effort to keep your information secure, you now have the ability to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Elements.
To do this, navigate to the Client Web Portal (my.getelements.com), click on settings in the top left corner, 2 Step Verification, then click “enable 2-step verification.”
Next, open your preferred authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code on the screen. Choose the appropriate authenticator app from the drop-down menu, and then enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and hit verify code.
After enabling MFA, you can verify using MFA on the iOS app, but it must be set up through the web portal.
If you have any questions or problems, please email support@getelements.com and they can assist you.
Best,
[Your Name]
