Email template - Introducing Elements to clients

You can use the following email template when introducing Elements to clients or prospects.

Hi {Client Name},

You should have received an email from Elements today with the subject line “{Advisor Name} has invited you to Elements!” Will you take a few minutes and follow the prompts to set up your Elements account? If you get stuck this video will show you exactly what to do.

We will use Elements to monitor your financial health and to help us make sure you’re on track to achieve your goals.

Once you download the app you will be prompted to enter details through a self guided onboarding workflow.

You’ll need the following information to complete the onboarding process.

• Account balances
• Household income
• Monthly spending
• Savings amounts and frequency by account
• Debt payments amounts

If you don’t have some of that information, that’s okay. Fill out what you can and we can work together to fill in any missing information.
