How do I know who has been invited to Elements?

There are a few ways to check who has been invited to Elements, and who has accepted their invitation and created an account.

Check the client's profile. 

On the web platform, if you see "Invite to Elements" above the client's name, it means you haven't sent them an invitation yet.

Check the associated emails. 

Scroll to the bottom of the Notes section on the web platform, where family members are listed. This shows which emails are associated with the account. If only one email is listed, you've likely only invited one spouse.

Check the Invitations section. 

Under the Clients tab, open the Invitations section to see invites that have been sent but not yet accepted. This tells you how long ago each invitation was sent and gives you the option to resend or delete it.
