How to clear your web browser's cache and site data

Here we provide instructions, for the 4 major web browsers, on how to clear your cache and site data for the Elements websites.

Chrome
Edge
Safari
Firefox

 


Chrome

  1. Navigate to the website url you are trying clear (i.e. https://app.getelements.com/ or https://my.getelements.com/)
  2. Click the "Site Information" icon to the left of the url
  3. Select "Site Settings"
  4. On the settings page click the "Delete data" button at the top.
  5. Refresh your browser

 


Edge

  1. Navigate to the website url you are trying clear (i.e. https://app.getelements.com/ or https://my.getelements.com/)
  2. Click the "Site Information" icon to the left of the url
  3. Select "Cookies (cookies in use)"
  4. In the new popup select each cookie for the URL and click "Remove"
  5. When ALL of them have been removed then click "Done"
  6. Refresh your browser.

Firefox

  1. Navigate to the website url you are trying clear (i.e. https://app.getelements.com/ or https://my.getelements.com/)
  2. Click the "Site Information" icon to the left of the url
  3. Select "Clear cookies and site data"
  4. On the popup message click "Remove".
  5. Refresh your browser
