Engagement with clients is crucial. This can be a back-and-forth process, lasting a week or two, where we gather information either through meetings or by letting clients interact with Elements themselves. The key is to provide value after clients have provided their information.

We explore two interaction types: synchronous (two-way interactions like calls, meetings, or real-time texts) and asynchronous (one-way communications like emails or prerecorded videos). Synchronous interactions are best for building relationships and bottom-of-funnel prospecting. Asynchronous interactions suit nurturing established relationships, top-of-funnel prospecting, or when clients are too busy for meetings.

The approach depends on the client and the situation. For migrating existing clients, asynchronous methods work well, especially outside regular meeting cadences. For surge meeting processes, synchronous interactions are more effective. We'll delve into financial triage in the next video, guiding you on how to effectively utilize these interaction methods for successful client engagement.
